Airbnb
Airbnb has full integration with Hostay, meaning we can send and receive information.
With Airbnb, in just 1 click you can pull all the information from all your listings registered on the platform.
To integrate Airbnb with Hostay, you need to access the link sent by our team, accept the connection with our channel manager, and that’s it.
To import from Airbnb, go to Listings > Channels, choose the Airbnb account where your listings are located, and click to impor
To export to Airbnb, your listing must be fully completed, especially with the full address, and then click Export.
Booking
Booking has integration with Hostay through a Channel Manager, allowing listing export and calendar synchronization.
Unlike Airbnb, it is not possible to import listings from Booking into Hostay.
Calendar Synchronization
For synchronization to work correctly, you need to:
Connect your Booking account to Channex.io;
Send our team your LEID and the codes of the listings already existing on Booking.
How to Connect Your Booking Account to Hostay
Access your Booking account;
Go to Bulk Editing;
Look for Connectivity Provider;
Search for Channex.io and click Connect;
Send our team your LEID and listing code.
With this information, our team will link everything within Hostay.
Expedia
On Expedia, you need to create your account, create your listings within the platform, and connect it to our channel manager.
After creating your listings and connecting to our channel manager, simply inform us of the listing code so we can synchronize it on our side.
VRBO
On VRBO, it is not possible to export listings from Hostay to the platform. We can only import listings created directly within VRBO.
To do this, create your account, connect it to our channel manager, and inform us of your username and password.
Important: if you change your password, please let us know so we can update the information in the system.
Hopper
On Hopper, you must create your account, connect it to our channel manager, and provide us with the username and email address of the created account.
To import your Hopper listings, simply provide us with the listing code.
Decolar
For Decolar, we will send you a form so we can create the account for you, allowing you to add us as managers of your Decolar account.
After that, Decolar will send you a contract to sign. Once signed, we will send your listings to the platform.
If you already have a Decolar account, let us know so we can be added as managers.
