The Ayrton platform integrates with PriceLabs, a revenue management system that automatically generates prices through artificial intelligence. Our integration is the most complete available, including features such as:
Automatic price updates
Application of restrictions (check-in, check-out, and minimum stay)
Synchronization of promotions by length of stay (LOS – Length of Stay)
This allows you to work with maximum automation and explore all possible variations of pricing.
What is synchronized
The integration transmits the following information from PriceLabs to Ayrton:
Rates: Defined in PriceLabs based on minimum price, base price, and optionally, maximum price. These parameters are essential for the algorithm to calculate the best market values.
Stay restrictions: Such as minimum stay, check-in, and check-out. It’s important to configure them correctly to avoid unrestricted bookings.
LOS promotions (Length of Stay): Progressive discounts or “step pricing” applied directly to the platforms.
After calculation, PriceLabs automatically sends prices and restrictions to Ayrton in about 5 to 15 minutes, immediately reflecting in your grid.
Update frequency
Price changes are applied automatically every 24 hours.
You can force a manual update:
In Ayrton: Connections > Export to PriceLabs
In PriceLabs: Sync now (top right corner)
When syncing, the calendar, reservations, and current prices in Ayrton are updated.
Additionally, when sending reservations, Ayrton passes the following data to PriceLabs:
Channel source
Commission
Gross and net sale value
This information makes PriceLabs pricing increasingly accurate.
Important rules
Data sent from PriceLabs immediately replaces what is configured in the Ayrton grid.
If the minimum stay is not defined in PriceLabs, it will be removed in Ayrton at the next sync.
Other restrictions (such as Close to Check-in or Close to Check-out) follow the same process.
The only exception is Stop Sell (Close availability), which is controlled exclusively in Ayrton.
Length of Stay (LOS) Discounts
The integration also allows you to configure progressive discounts, encouraging longer stays. Examples:
7 nights: 25% discount
10 nights: 30% discount
3 or 4 nights: smaller, always progressive discounts
You can also use the step pricing logic. Example:
Create a Carnival package for R$ 5,000.00.
Make this same value available for stays between 1 and 5 nights.
In this way, your listing appears in all searches, regardless of stay length, increasing visibility and booking potential.
⚠️ Notes:
Airbnb accepts all variations.
Booking.com limits LOS promotions to up to 7 nights.
Only discounts are allowed (it is not possible to increase prices).
Discounts must be progressive (4-night discount must be greater than 3-night, 5-night greater than 4-night, and so on).
Configuration errors
If invalid data is entered, an error message will appear in the PriceLabs sync area.
In these cases, review the settings and, if necessary, contact our support — we’ll be glad to help.

Configured city
Latitude and longitude
Listing name
At least one available day in the calendar with a defined price
Existing reservations and other information will already sync automatically.
4. Migration of listings from other platforms
If you already have listings created on platforms like Airbnb, you can migrate them to Ayrton and link them to PriceLabs.
The process is as follows:
a) Mapping listings
In PriceLabs, go to Dynamic Pricing > Manage Properties > Map Properties.
Select:
Parent property = old listing (e.g., Airbnb)
Child property = new listing created by Ayrton
PriceLabs helps locate automatically by latitude and longitude, only requiring deduplication if there are listings in similar locations.
Click Map.
b) Activation and replacement
After mapping, deactivate the old listing.
The system will display a prompt to activate the new listing.
Activate the new listing and click Promote new listing to parent.
From then on, synchronization will be done directly between Ayrton and PriceLabs.
5. Final settings
Minimum price, base price, and other configurations will be transferred.
⚠️ Attention: Custom groups (e.g., minimum stay restrictions applied in group) may not be copied automatically.
Check in Manage Property in PriceLabs if groups were correctly applied to the new listing.
If necessary, adjust manually. After correcting, synchronization with Ayrton will be immediate.
