Owner Portal – Explanatory Guide
The Owner Portal allows each owner to securely and transparently access information about their properties. Access is done using an exclusive login and password, created directly in the Hostay system.
1. Password and First Access
The default initial password is: @Ayrton123
On the first login, the owner will be asked to reset the password and create a personal password.
2. Dashboard Overview
After logging in, the owner will have access to a dashboard with financial and operational information, such as:
Total revenue for the period
Management fee retained by the manager
Net amount to receive
Default analysis period: last 30 days
It is also possible to view:
General and weekly occupancy
Property switch option, for owners who have more than one property, without the need for multiple logins

3. Payout Reports
In the portal, the owner can access the Payout Report, which details:
Amounts received from reservations
Applied expenses
Documents or attachments related to expenses, visible through direct links
This ensures full transparency in the relationship between the manager and the owner.
4. Calendar and Reservations
In the Calendar tab, the owner can view:
All confirmed reservations
Existing blocks
Net payout amount per reservation
This allows the owner to follow activity in real time, without needing to request information through WhatsApp or direct contact with the administrator.
5. Calendar Blocks
If allowed by the contract, the owner may create blocks directly through the portal, as long as the owner.blocks permission is enabled.
A block created by the owner locks the selected dates in the calendar.
This block can only be removed by the administrator inside Hostay, ensuring there are no mistakes or last-minute reservations.
This way, full control over availability is maintained and conflicts are avoided.
