Overview of the Main Dashboard

When accessing the home page of the Ayrton system, you’re immediately presented with the main dashboard — a comprehensive control panel that brings together, in a clear and concise way, all the most relevant information for the operational and strategic management of your hospitality business.

This dashboard is designed to provide immediate insights and support quick decision-making, integrating various key performance indicators (KPIs) into a single visual environment.


Main Elements of the Dashboard:

Current Occupancy Indicator

Displays the real-time occupancy rate — essential for monitoring the property's capacity.

Dirty Rooms Indicator

Shows which rooms still need cleaning or maintenance, allowing for immediate action by housekeeping and optimizing unit turnover.

Vehicle Control

Displays information about vehicles registered in the system, facilitating access control, security, and parking logistics.

Breakfast Monitoring (Hotel Mode)

Helps predict breakfast demand based on daily occupancy.
This feature is especially useful for hotels that want to accurately control the expected number of guests, enabling more efficient meal planning, reducing waste, and improving guest experience.

Average Daily Rate and Owner Payout Average

Shows the average value of sold daily rates and the average amount paid to the property owner — useful for properties under management.

Available Rooms Indicator

Displays which units are currently available for new reservations in real time.

Occupancy Over Time Chart

Visualizes the evolution of occupancy rates over time, helping with comparative analysis and future forecasting.

Booking Source Chart

Shows the distribution of bookings by channel (Airbnb, Booking, direct website, etc.), supporting sales partner performance evaluation.

Check-in and Check-out Indicators

Displays the number of guests scheduled to arrive and depart on the current day, aiding operational planning.

Currently Hosted Guests

Shows the current number of guests staying at the property.

Financial Pending Items

Lists bookings with pending payments, unconfirmed reservations, or other financial issues that must be resolved before check-in.

Latest Bookings Made

Displays the names and details of the most recent reservations, keeping the team informed of upcoming arrivals.
